I want to sincerely thank you for your participation in our recent Phoenix Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) community outreach efforts and for taking the BRT Lane Option survey!
I am proud to share that a total of 552 Phoenix community members, residents, and business owners participated in the survey. Your feedback is invaluable to the city and the BRT program team in guiding the design for the City’s first BRT project along the 35th Avenue Corridor.
To reach a broad audience, the BRT program team used a variety of communication tools, including pop-up events, community and business workshops, canvassing, and an online open house.
Engaging with you and hearing your thoughts and preferences is what makes this program more meaningful. Whether you shared your insights online, attended one of the events, or provided feedback through the survey, your voices have helped us understand your BRT lane option preferences and concerns. It’s clear that together we can move BRT forward with a design that meets the needs of our community.
We are committed to taking your suggestions into thoughtful consideration. The information we received is under review and will shape how this project moves forward.
